I am Dr. Dennise Bates, a Christ-Based Counselor, Executive Pastor, Director, and Counselor Mentor with the National Association of Certified Christ-Based Counselors. I am honored to offer my services through a convenient, professional virtual platform, allowing for healing and restoration from the comfort of your own home.

It is both my calling and privilege to walk alongside individuals who are seeking healing, hope, and restoration through the transforming power of Jesus Christ. For many years, I have served individuals, couples, and families through online sessions as they face life's challenges, transitions, and uncertainties. Through biblical guidance, compassionate support, prayer, and practical tools, I help people navigate difficult seasons while discovering God's truth, purpose, and direction for their lives.

While I have a special passion for encouraging and empowering women, my heart is to serve all who are seeking growth, healing, and a deeper relationship with God.  My approach to counseling is rooted in the belief that true and lasting transformation comes from God. By combining biblical principles, professional counseling skills, and the leading of the Holy Spirit, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and spiritual virtual environment where healing can take place emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

I believe that no situation is beyond God's reach and that every person has value and purpose. No matter where you find yourself today, you do not have to walk this journey alone. My desire is to meet you where you are through my virtual practice, help you uncover the obstacles standing in the way of your growth, and support you as you move from brokenness to healing, from confusion to clarity, and from surviving to living with purpose and hope.

As an author, mentor, and servant of Christ, I remain committed to helping others experience the peace, freedom, and abundant life that can only be found in a relationship with Jesus Christ through accessible remote counseling.

Through Christ, Healing is Always Within Reach

A Personal Invitation from Dr. Bates
As women, we often carry many responsibilities and wear many hats, yet God never intended for us to walk this journey alone. We need one another. We need encouragement, accountability, prayer, and genuine relationships with women who desire to grow in Christ. To ensure that every woman can find support regardless of her distance, our counseling and group sessions are offered entirely through a secure virtual space.
That is the heart behind Intentional Women.
I would like to personally invite you to join our digital community as we intentionally pursue a deeper relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and build authentic, lifelong connections with other women of faith. In a world that often leaves women feeling isolated or overwhelmed, Intentional Women is a virtual sanctuary where you can come as you are, be encouraged, be challenged, and be strengthened.
We meet in small, intimate online groups where meaningful relationships are formed, lives are shared, and hearts are nurtured. Together, we celebrate victories, walk through challenges, and support one another through every season of life from the comfort of our homes.
My prayer is that every woman who becomes a part of our online community experiences the love of Christ, discovers the strength found in biblical fellowship, and grows into all that God has called her to be.
If you are looking for more than just another group—if you desire genuine fellowship, spiritual growth, and Christ-centered friendships that transcend physical borders—I invite you to join us.
There is a place for you here.
